K11 MUSEA Green Wall

A landmark vertical greenery project integrating large-scale artificial green walls into a cultural retail environment, creating an immersive fusion of nature, art, and architecture.

Project Year: 2018
Location: Hong Kong, China

Projet Overview

K11 MUSEA is a culture-driven retail destination in Hong Kong, designed as the “Silicon Valley of Culture.” The project features one of the world’s largest green wall systems, with over 50,000 square feet of vertical greenery spanning both interior and exterior spaces—equivalent to approximately 18 tennis courts.

As a key visual and experiential element, the green walls connect architecture, sustainability, and artistic expression, offering visitors a unique, nature-inspired shopping environment.

Lifolia / Haihong Contribution

We were responsible for the design realization, production, and installation of a significant portion of the interior green walls.

By combining a wide variety of plant species, we translated the designer’s vision into a continuous, flowing botanical composition—seamlessly linking indoor and outdoor greenery into a unified spatial experience.
